BElieve: in YOUrself - NLP anchoring





'BELIEVE.... You are capable'
Today I'm recommending administering to Yourself a healthy dose of SELF-BELIEF!

The NLP technique Anchoring is a 'tonic' worth a try. With regular practice, this technique works exceptionally well.

  1. Open up that part of your mind that recognises what you ARE capable of !
  2. WRITE a note "Believe in Yourself" (like the picture)
  3. REMEMBER a time when YOU Have Been CAPABLE.
  4. FEEL those Capable feelings again and allow them to FLOW through your body.
  5. LOOK at your note "Believe in Yourself" as you do so remember and feel the CAPABLE FEELINGS. 
  6. REPEAT this exercise enough times for the feelings to feel strongly related to the words on the note. Now you have ASSOCIATED or anchored those capable feelings with note.
  7. FOLD the note and pop it into your wallet/bag taking the note with you through your week. 
  8. WHENEVER you need a dose of SELF-BELIEF - touch/look at the note and remember the evidence that your mind has found - that you are capable and feel those capable feelings again in your new situation.

Believe– a place about building self belief and appreciation of who you are. Love and nuture yourself.
